About Me
Hello, I'm Giorgia.
Originally from Milan, I have been living abroad since 2010 — an experience that broadened my worldview, teaching me adaptability and open-mindedness, and helping define the woman I am today.
Before becoming a certified Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC) practitioner, I worked for 22 years in the aviation industry — a high-responsibility, high-stress environment, often with irregular shifts and constant pressure.
From the outside, everything looked stable. Inside, reality was very different.
Over the years, I changed jobs numerous times, experienced difficulties in relationships — both family and social — and gradually began to feel disconnected from myself. When I lost my last job, something deeper collapsed. My body started sending clear signals: stomach aches, physical tension, constant mental rumination.
I started wondering if I was truly living my path — or blindly following expectations that were never truly aligned with who I was.
I was exhausted from trying to control everything. Perfectionism. Toxic shame. Carrying everything on my shoulders. Inability to ask for help. Stress and anger. A painful disconnection between heart and mind.
At a certain point, I realized it was time to take care of myself — because that wasn't strength. It was survival. Raising my hand and asking for support felt like surrender. Instead, it became the most powerful decision of my life.
In the summer of 2021, during this fragile time, I encountered QEC. Working at the subconscious level allowed me to release patterns I had repeated for years. The change was not dramatic or theatrical — it was profound and constant. My attitude changed. My anger transformed into awareness. My relationships improved. I stopped fighting against myself and began to understand myself.
Since then, I have trained continuously with Dr. Melanie Salmon, founder of QEC, attending her courses and professional updates from 2021 to the present. For me, it is not a one-time certification — it is a path of constant personal and professional evolution.
Choosing to become a QEC practitioner marked a beautiful turning point in my professional life. Accompanying people in their transformation process is not just a career change — it is a conscious choice born from lived experience and structured training.
To date, I am the first certified native Italian speaker in Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC). I am proud to make this method accessible to the Italian-speaking public, offering an innovative and profound approach to personal growth and emotional well-being.
